Customer Experience in Law Firms Website Launched

After being asked on 7 January 2012 by London based legal media and events organiser Netlaw Media and customer service specialists Potentio to look at creating the website for their joint venture - "Customer Experience in Law Firms, CXINLAW", we are pleased to announce the launch of the first stage of the website in time for the Partners Club Legal Networking Event on 2 February. After providing a design for the site based loosely upon the existing Potentio website, Potentio then revised the look to tie in with their brochures and marketing material. Keen to make use of the business functionality provided by Adobe Business Catalyst, we were delighted to build the website on this platform where we can now help CXINLAW develop their Customer Management using the website, integrated Customer Relationship Management and email marketing.

CXINLAW have developed a 5 step process to assist law firms and legal providers assess their current client service provision and identify areas for improvement to ensure they are providing outstanding customer (client) service thereby assisting in retaining their customers and obtaining referrals.
